Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or delayed once handed over to the shipping carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact the shipping company directly using your tracking number.

Sizing Responsibility

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items ordered in the wrong size. Any return or exchange, if granted, is at the customer’s expense. We strongly encourage reviewing the size guide before placing an order.
